About us:

The Blithe Booth Co. is a Photo Booth hire service covering London and surrounding areas. We are your modern alternative to the dated photo booth experience and cater to a wide range of private events including Weddings, birthday parties and corporate events.

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and your own car

  • Must live in London

  • Must be 18 or older (for insurance purposes)

  • Must speak fluent English

  • Must be available to work evenings and most weekends

  • Must be able to lift equipment without assistance

  • Must have superior attention to detail

  • Must be punctual as timekeeping is essential for this role - clients don’t like lateness!

The Role:

You will be expected to set up and manage our photo booth(s) at a variety of events in London. The great thing about this role is that although every event is completely different, users of the photo booth are always so friendly meaning our attendants always leave bookings having a great time. Not to mention the free food and drink provided at each event!

Each location, time and date is dependent on when the client is having their event however, the majority of events are in central London / within the M25.  Full training will be provided until you are comfortable conducting bookings on your own.

As a photo booth attendant, your role will involve:

  1. Collecting the equipment from our office in Catford, SE6

  2. Drive to the event

  3. Assemble the photo booth (it comes flat-packed and can be assembled within 30 minutes).

  4. Man the photo booth for the duration of the hire (anything from 2-5 hours) making sure guests are shown how to use the booth and encouraged to have the best time possible

  5. Pack away the equipment at the end of the hire into the cases provided

  6. Return the photo booth on the same evening or the next day

You must be able to lift without assistance and be physically fit as the role requires lifting cases in and out of your vehicle. The majority of our events are during the evenings and weekends however sufficient notice will be provided.

Most events require availability between 4pm - midnight, so flexibility regarding hours is important.

In the beginning, the successful candidate will work the first few events with one of our experienced members of staff until they have learnt the ins and outs of the software of the photo booth(s) and feel confident to work on their own.

The dress code is casual, however, we do ask you to wear black or dark trousers and you will be provided with a branded t-shirt. Training will also be paid.

£15 per hour (£90 - £150 per event)

There is also a travel time allowance for venues located outside the M25. Parking and congestion charges are reimbursed upon receipt.
